The following leg workout is one that I do quite often, especially if I am short on time. It can be done anywhere and you don’t need any special equipment, just a dumbbell or kettle bell.
In this workout, you are going to perform all of the exercises as quickly as possible with minimal rest and as quickly as possible. Record your time so you can try and beat it.
Quick Leg Workout
Perform 3 rounds of the following.
15 Burpees
15 Goblet Squats
15 Lunges (each side)
15 Push Ups
If you don’t have a dumbbell or kettle bell for the goblet squats simply perform a normal squat. Push ups can also be modified if you can’t manage a full push up.
Remember to keep good form while performing each exercise and to properly warm up and cool down.
