Quick And Simple Body Weight Workout

 

You don’t need lots of equipment or even a gym to get a good effective fat burning workout.

You can get a really good workout just by using your own body weight, and give your metabolism a kick while you’re in the process because you are keeping your rest periods to a minimum.

If you have ten minutes and a bit of space try this simple body weight workout.

Do this set 3 to 4 times. If you can’t quite manage 4 full sets don’t worry, just do as many as you can, and if you are a beginner, increase the rest periods and decrease the working periods to 20 seconds each.

1) Prisoner Squats (30 seconds) – Rest 10 seconds

2) Push-ups (30 seconds) – Rest 10 seconds (If you can’t manage a full push up you can swap it for a modified push up see image below)

3) Jumping Jacks (30 seconds) – Rest 10 seconds

4) Mountain Climbers (30 seconds) –
Rest 30 seconds between sets (increase to 60 seconds if you need to and decrease as you get fitter)
