Pilates, Personal Training and Fitness Advice in Banbury, Oxfordshire

BodySculpt Fitness is run by Jo Monk, based in Banbury, I provide Personal Training and Fitness Classes in the Banbury and Oxfordshire area.

I am running a Pilates class at Hanwell Fields Community School on a Tuesday evening, each class costs just £4.50 and is suitable for beginners, so if you’ve never tried Pilates before feel free to come along and give it a go. You can find out more about my Pilates classes here

Personal Training is offered on a one2one basis or as part of a small group (if you like to work out with a friend or partner). Personal training is a great way to really get the results you want, if you lack motivation or need some expert advice, or if you are training for a specific event. Click on here for more information about my Personal Training

As well as classes you can also book a one2one Pilates session. Pilates is a great way to strengthen your inner core which helps with posture and body alignment, it has been proven to help improve flexibilty and muscle tone, one2one sessions last for one hour.
